We started at the edge
We grew up working with startups, at the innovation edge, where budgets are smallest and expectations highest.
InnoMaker is a team of three. Everything here started as the only way we could deliver agency-scale work with the resources we had.
How we got here
We grew up working with startups, at the innovation edge, where budgets are smallest and expectations highest.
To deliver, we built our own AI tools, automations and systems. There was no other way to do the work of a full team with three people.
Custom AI ghostwriters, automated intake, tools we built as we went, run across our own brands before they ever touched client work.
The squeeze that used to be unique to startups is now every marketer's reality. So we are handing over the tools and playbooks we were already forced to invent.
Necessity, made into a productRichard is InnoMaker's co-founder and CEO: a marketing researcher and educator turned operator, and a PhD researcher into how companies grow through market uncertainty. He brings research-first, system-level thinking to every engagement, reading the data to find where growth is actually blocked, then building the automations and AI setups that move it. He works alongside your team rather than taking over, and his rule is simple: strategy only matters if it works in reality. Before InnoMaker he developed and led multi-million public-policy programmes building a startup ecosystem.
Kamilla is InnoMaker's co-founder and COO: a communication strategist and brand architect, and a doctoral researcher in communication science. She turns research into messaging frameworks a team can actually use, and shapes brands and personal brands into a consistent, authentic voice that builds trust. She is a frequent speaker and moderator, and teaches on an Executive MBA. Her line: you can't not communicate, but you can learn to do it right.
Kata runs content and keeps projects moving at InnoMaker. She came up through hands-on operations across catering, hotels, bars and travel, busy work that taught her how to hold a lot of moving parts together at once. She brings that to content and projects here: turning plans into things that actually ship, and keeping the day to day running so the work gets done. She is a constant learner, always reading where communication is heading next.
We host, moderate and speak on marketing, branding and communication, from hands-on workshops to conference panels. Putting the work in public is how we keep it sharp and honest.
