Where your data sources allow it, we set it up to update regularly on its own.
We build it and hand it over; you are responsible for running it, including maintaining the data connections, which need looking after even when it updates on its own, and hosting it if you chose your own app. If you need us to maintain it, host it or fix it as things change, we can agree an ongoing arrangement separately.
This is a one-time build, not an ongoing analytics service. We do not run it or read it for you each month, and hosting and maintenance are not included by default. A recurring read of the data is another Data Insights Run.
In practice
In the Merova engagement we helped their in-house marketer stand up her own dashboards and a user-level tracking sheet, so every paying subscriber could finally be traced to its source, and she kept running it after we left. The marketing decisions were not based on assumptions anymore, but on data.
