Start the order

After this step you're free to walk away. Nothing is due until you decide to go ahead.

What's included
A written audit plus one readout session (fixing a blocker in a tool we built for you is included)
The two or three moves that free the most time
A keep / drop / connect map for every tool you run
A big-picture, strategic review of your whole AI stack

A one-time, fixed-price audit of the AI and marketing tools you already run. We look at the whole stack at a strategic level, work out what earns its place and what does not, and hand you a keep, drop or connect map plus the two or three changes that free the most time. Debugging your own tools is not part of it, though we will unblock anything we built for you.

          What will happen
          1

          Share your stack

You send us the tools you are running and what each is meant to do. About fifteen minutes of your time.

          2

          We review it, strategically

A big-picture audit of what is earning its place and what is not. This is a strategic review, not operative debugging.

          3

          Readout

One session walking you through the keep, drop or connect map, and the two or three moves that free the most time.

          What you get

A keep, drop or connect map, and the two or three moves that free the most time.

          What it asks of you

The audit. We review your stack at strategic level and tell you what to keep, drop, or connect.

          Scope & price

          €500

Big-picture review, not operative debugging. If a blocker sits in a tool we built for you, fixing it is included. Written audit plus one readout.

What you get out of it

You stop paying for tools that don't earn it.

The audit shows what to drop, so you don't pay for something in vain.

You get a keep, drop or connect map.

One clear picture of your whole stack, instead of a vague sense that something is off.

It's a strategic review, not a sales pitch.

A big-picture look at what fits together, with no tool we're trying to sell you at the end.

          Proof

          Before you commit, read these

What do you actually need from me to get started?

A list of the tools you use and a rough sense of how each one fits into your work. A shared doc, a spreadsheet, or a voice note all work. We ask a few short follow-up questions if something needs clarifying, and most people get through it in about fifteen minutes.

          +

How is this different from the AI Readiness Assessment?

This looks at the tools you already run and tells you which ones earn their place and whether they connect. The AI Readiness Assessment starts a step earlier, where you have not committed to a stack yet and want to know where AI would pay off before you buy anything. If you are already running tools and questioning them, this is the right one.

          +

Some of our tools are owned by IT or an agency and I cannot hand over logins. Can you still review them?

Yes. We work from a description of what each tool does in your setup, not from inside the accounts. You tell us which tools you use and roughly how, and we assess from there. If a specific configuration detail matters for a recommendation, we ask you directly.

          +

My stack is a mess and half of it is barely used. Is that a problem?

That is the most common situation we work with, and it is exactly what the audit is for. Tools you barely touch are useful signal, not a gap in your input, and they are usually the first candidates for the drop column. You do not need to tidy anything up before we start.

          +

What if the audit says we should drop almost everything?

That is a possible and honest outcome. The map is a decision aid, not a mandate, so you decide what to act on. If two or three tools are doing the real work and the rest is redundant, naming that is the audit doing its job.

          +

          Buy it like a product.

Fill the order form (we'll ask if you're EU or non-EU, and a business or an individual, so the invoice is correct), get a proforma invoice, pay by transfer, and book your kickoff.
