Meeting Intel

A confidence-tagged brief on everyone in your next external meeting, built straight from your calendar.

Built by the team that ran 20+ brands with three people.

What it does

Who is actually in this meeting, and what do I need to know before I walk in?

It reads the day's calendar, filters to the people from outside your company, then researches each person and their company through public web sources and a two-step LinkedIn pipeline, and writes the findings up as one brief with a confidence tag on every fact.

A confidence-tagged brief on everyone in your next external meeting, built straight from your calendar.

See it work

Watch it read a day's calendar and turn it into briefs.

A real sample of the output sits here, so you see the result before you take it.

Why get it

It fits the stack you already use.

Four versions, from Claude Code and Cowork to a one-click Make scenario for Google or Outlook.

You can trust what it tells you.

Every fact carries a confidence tag, so a guess is never mistaken for a checked fact.

You stop walking in cold.

Every external call comes with a brief, so you are never the one who did not do their homework.

How to use it

1

Get the version for your stack

Install it for Claude Code, the Cowork plugin, or the Make scenario for Google or Outlook. You will also need a free Apify account for the LinkedIn research.

2

Point it at your calendar

It reads the day's meetings and filters to the people from outside your company on its own.

3

Read the brief before your first call

One file, everyone in today's external meetings, with a confidence tag on every fact.

What's inside

what you actually get
Bring your own free Apify token; the Make.com builds also use an OpenAI key
A brief template, a config example, and SETUP, user-manual and troubleshooting docs in every build
Two or three conversation starters for each person
A confidence tag on every fact, so a checked detail is never mistaken for a guess
A per-attendee brief delivered as Markdown, with optional HTML email through Gmail or Microsoft 365
A two-step Apify LinkedIn pipeline (person, then company) plus web-search enrichment for each attendee
Four self-contained builds: a Claude Code plugin, a Cowork plugin, and one-click Make.com scenarios for Google Calendar and Outlook

Choose your version

Same tool, packaged for where you work. Pick the one that fits your stack. Each is self-contained, with its own guide.

Claude Code

Claude Code

The fullest version. Installs as a plugin and runs inside Claude Code.

Cowork plugin

For Cowork

The same tool, packaged as a plugin for Cowork.

Make.com + Outlook

No-code · Outlook

Runs on Make.com against your Outlook calendar. No coding, nothing to install.

Make.com + Google Calendar

No-code · Google

Runs on Make.com against Google Calendar. No coding, nothing to install.

Questions

Do I need a ChatGPT or Claude account to use it?

It depends which version you pick. The Claude Code and Cowork plugins run inside those tools, so you need an account there. The two Make.com versions run on a Make.com account against Outlook or Google Calendar. The Make.com versions need an OpenAI API key, but the cost is negligible.

+

Will it work with my stack?

Four builds, so you pick the one that matches where you already work: a Claude Code plugin, a Cowork plugin, or one-click Make.com scenarios for Google Calendar and Outlook. The two Make.com builds need no coding and nothing installed. All four read your calendar and hand back the brief, with optional HTML email through Gmail or Microsoft 365.

+

Can I use it commercially?

Yes. The free tools are yours to use in your own work. Software products are MIT-licensed.

+

Do I have to hand over my email to get it?

No. There is no form on this page. You can subscribe if you want the new tools as they land, but the download never asks.

+

What can it not do?

It only knows what is public. Someone with no LinkedIn presence and no web footprint comes back thin, and the tool says so rather than filling the gap: every fact carries a confidence tag, so a guess is never presented as a checked one. It tells you who is in the room. What you do with that in the room is still yours.
