Two reports mined from real reviews: the pain points customers hit, with a verbatim language bank, and the trust signals that win them over.
Built by the team that ran 20+ brands with three people.
It scrapes customer reviews across up to seven sources you choose: Google Maps, Trustpilot, the App Store, Google Play, Reddit, G2 and Capterra. It then mines the low-rated reviews for pain language and the high-rated ones for trust signals. Every finding is counted and sourced to a real quoted review in code before any model runs, so you can verify each claim against the source. A local Claude call clusters and labels what the code already found.

It only knows what people wrote down publicly, so a market that does not review will come back thin, and it labels a finding directional when the sample is small rather than hiding it. It gives you their language and the gap. Deciding what to say about it is still yours.
