Two working sessions and the homework between them, so you leave with a plan you can run, not a longer list of questions.
After this step you're free to walk away. Nothing is due until you decide to go ahead.
Two two-hour working sessions, with structured homework in between, that figure out what your marketing should actually be focused on. The first session maps the problems; the second delivers options and a prioritised plan you can run. It is for deciding the right direction, not for executing it.
A two-hour working session mapping what is actually going on, and where the uncertainty really sits.
Structured homework between the sessions, so session two starts from real inputs rather than a blank page.
A second two-hour session that delivers solution options and a prioritised plan you can run.
A prioritized plan of what to do and what to stop.
Figuring out what you should actually be doing. Two sessions with homework between, so session two delivers solutions instead of more questions.
Two sessions of two hours. Session one covers the problems, then homework, then session two delivers solution options and a plan you can run.
A prioritised plan, not a longer list of questions.
The homework between the sessions means the second one lands on real inputs.
The two working sessions will end in an actionable plan that you can start executing right away.
A written plan: what to focus on, what to stop, and the order to do it in. We go through it live in session two so you can push back before anything is final. It is a working document, not a presentation deck.
One person is enough, but the sessions work best when the one to five people most involved in your go-to-market are in the room: whoever owns the budget, the channels, or the direction with you. Having them in session one makes the problem mapping more accurate and helps the plan land. Beyond that circle, more attendees do not improve the output.
It depends on what session one surfaces, but it usually means pulling together a few specific things: where your budget goes, current results if you track them, or answers to two or three questions we leave you with. We agree the scope before session one ends and keep it narrow on purpose.
The Diagnosis Workshop is about your overall marketing direction: what to focus on and what to stop. The AI Readiness Assessment is specifically about where AI fits your work. If your uncertainty is whether your marketing is pointed at the right things, start here. If it is where AI belongs, start there.
If that is what we find, session two says so plainly, and the plan reflects the real scope rather than forcing a bigger problem into a smaller container. Knowing the actual scale earlier rather than later is part of the point. We tell you what we see and what it would take to address it.
Fill the order form (we'll ask if you're EU or non-EU, and a business or an individual, so the invoice is correct), get a proforma invoice, pay by transfer, and book your kickoff.
