Three prioritised moves to unlock lead generation

A strong product held back by unclear positioning. A workshop that produced three prioritised moves to unlock lead generation.

01

What they were up against

KAPTO AI has an exceptionally strong product and some early traction, but not enough of it. Positioning was unclear, the brand narrative was inconsistent, content efforts were scattered, and there was no real structure behind lead generation. Growth ran almost entirely on the founder's personal network, at roughly thirty to forty leads a month, with no repeatable system to scale it, and the team had little spare capacity to fix marketing while running the company.

02

What we did

We ran a problem-discovery and solution co-creation workshop to map the gap between what the product does and what the market understands. We worked through how the company shows up online, how the founder's own credibility could be used as an entry point, and which channels actually fit a complex B2B sale where the buyer has to be educated before they buy. Every idea was scored on impact against effort, so a time-poor team could see what to do first.

03

What they left with

Three clear, prioritised moves:

  • Fix the brand narrative so the product story lands with non-technical decision-makers.
  • Build the founder's personal brand as the entry point for trust.
  • Design a multi-channel system instead of scattered one-off efforts.

Alongside them, a set of low-effort, high-value wins to build momentum, and a phased roadmap the team could start on without being overwhelmed.
