InnoMaker Partners

Free live webinar

You're choosing what to say on instinct. While your market has already told you what works.

Your competitors' ads, your buyers' reviews and your market's searches are all public. This free session shows the three tools that read them: run live on a real market, turned into angles and messaging. Yours at registration, free to keep.

This is for you if

You own the marketing, and sometimes you also do it. Checking what your market responds to would take days you don't have, so the messaging runs on instinct instead.

Why this is such a slog

The evidence is already public. Your competitors' ads are running right now, in libraries anyone can open. Your buyers are leaving reviews, arguing in Reddit threads about exactly what they want, and typing what they need into search boxes. But reading it by hand means days in the Meta Ad Library, then the review sites, then the keyword data, and nobody has those days. So decisions run on instinct, and instinct is hard to defend when someone asks why the campaign says what it says.

What changes after

Next time you plan a campaign, the research is done before the writing starts. You have the angles your competitors lean on, the words your buyers use for their problems, and what your market searches for when it wants what you sell.

You write from that, and the message lands because it came from the market, not from a brainstorm. The research also stops costing days, so it happens for every campaign, not only the big ones: the same quality of homework at the pace you work. And every finding traces back to a real ad, a real quoted review or a real search term, so if someone asks why the message says what it says, you open the source.

How the session works

Nothing here is pre-baked into slides. We run the tools live on a real market and read the results with you as they land, including whatever comes back messy, so you see what the tools really produce before you spend a minute on setup.

By the end you know how to read the output and what it takes to run. Your copies are installed from registration, so your own market is a next-morning job, not one you'll get round to eventually.

Three tools, one plugin. One reads the ads your competitors run on Meta, Google and LinkedIn. One reads their reviews, from Google Maps, Trustpilot, G2, the app stores and Reddit. One measures what your market searches for and who already owns the results.

What we cover

  • The creative angles your competitors run, from the Meta, Google and LinkedIn ad libraries.
  • What their customers complain about, in their own words, from up to seven review sources.
  • How to run the same research on your own market after the session, and what it costs to run.
  • What your market searches for, how hard each term is to rank for, and who already owns the results.
The running order
  • The tools, in your hands. You get them at registration, before the session.
  • Live scrape: we run the tools on a real market, unedited, and read what lands.
  • What it means: raw pulls become pain points, angles and messaging.
  • What it costs: what a run takes in time and money, so there are no surprises.
  • Putting it to work: the concrete edits the findings drive, in an ad, a page and a keyword list.
  • Live questions.

Before you register

Do I need to be technical to use them?

No. They run from a simple setup, and we walk through it together in the session. You will need a free Apify account, which is where the scraping runs, and Claude Code. If you can follow a recipe, you can run this. They are not one-click buttons though: you paste in a competitor or a market and read what comes back, so a willingness to tinker helps.

+
Will this work for my market or industry?

They work anywhere your competitors run ads and your buyers leave reviews or talk online, which covers most B2C and a lot of B2B. If your market is small or mostly offline, there is less to pull, and we will say so on the day rather than pretend otherwise.

+
They need Claude. What if we use a different AI?

They are built to run on Claude, so you will need access to it. If your team has standardised on another AI, the setup and prompts here are written for Claude and that is the path we support. We would rather tell you up front than have you find out after you sign up.

+
Is scraping competitor ads and reviews allowed?

We only pull what is already public: ads from the Meta Ad Library, public reviews, public forum threads. Nothing behind a login, and no harvesting of personal data. It is research on what companies chose to publish, not surveillance.

+
Where does my data go?

They run on your side. We do not collect the competitor data you pull or the market you research. When you register, we hold your name and email to send you the tools and the session link, nothing more, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

+
Are the tools really free, or do I have to attend to keep them?

Really free. You get them at registration and they are yours to keep, whether or not you join live. The scraping runs on your own Apify account: two of the three usually stay inside Apify's free monthly credit, and the search one meters per keyword, so it needs a card and costs a few dollars a run (Apify bills in dollars). There is a paid offer we mention afterwards, but the tools are never held back behind it.

Subject: Free webinar on competitor research, can I go?

Hi [name],

I've found a free webinar on marketing scraping: reading competitors' ads, customer reviews and Reddit threads to see what actually works before we write our own. They give us the tools at registration, free to keep.

It could make us a lot more efficient without the quality slipping. It's 45 minutes, online, Tuesday 29 September, 4pm UK time (5pm CEST). Can I sign us up?

Who we are

A small team that runs this for a living.

InnoMaker Partners is a team of three. These tools exist because we needed them: we do marketing for a living, and three people cannot read ad libraries, review sites and keyword data by hand. What we show you in this session is our own working kit, not a product we built to sell.

And the way we work with clients is with you, not for you: you leave with the tools and the know-how, not a dependency on us.
